Tory Deshotel, VP Ops

Tory joined the Capitol Imaging Services leadership in 2019 and is responsible for the operational success and supervision of the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and South Texas markets. He has over 12 years of healthcare management experience with a strong background in business analysis and information system integrations.

As a regional vice president of operations, Tory facilitates clinical development and expansions, vendor and service contracting, and strategic implementations. He has operated alongside John Stagg, CEO of Capitol Imaging Services, on several healthcare ventures after earning a bachelor’s degree in information systems and decision sciences from Louisiana State University in 2009.

Tory started his career as an information technology manager for Champion Management out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, managing multi-state diagnostic imaging facilities, local home health and hospice care agencies, pharmacies, and senior nursing facilities. He has extensive experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, contractual negotiations, entity integrations and implementations, and staffing development.

Tory is involved in his hometown community service league with his wife, Jessie of over 10 years and three daughters, Jade, Jeanne, and Josie. He has been a lifelong and dedicated contributor to St. Jude’s Children Hospital. He is an avid traveler and plans to visit as many states, countries, and cultures as possible through his time away with his family.
