I’d like to start off saying Audrey was absolutely the kindest most polite woman I’ve ever encountered. She checked me in promptly and with a smile. I wish everywhere I had services or purchases had customer service like that. Next, Brandy who actually preformed the MRI was kind, professional and the first person to stick me with a needle that didn’t sting, hurt or bruise. I will definitely refer family and friends to DIS.

I am always treated with respect when I visit. Staff members are extremely helpful. I never have to wait long after signing in. For this reason, I choose DIS over hospitals to have my test.

The mammogram experience was the best I have had in years.

I was very scared, but Tonyalynn who performed my ultrasound and Arlene who performed my mammogram were so sweet and comforting. Then, the doctor spoke to me and was so kind and reassuring. They turned a very scary experience into a positive one. I am so grateful.

Michelle was the technologist performing the examination. She was a perfect delight; being very perky, pleasant and skilled at performing the examination.

We are always striving to answer phone calls more quickly and get all the necessary paperwork and orders needed to perform an exam. We also look at ways that are recommended that may make the experience at a DIS facility more comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to all who responded to our request for feedback.
