If you have out-of-pocket obligations due to your coverage, deductibles or coinsurance, CIS offers the CareCredit healthcare credit card program. With the successful application of the card, people have up to six months to pay an obligation without incurring interest.

Plus, for those without health coverage, CIS provides significant discounts on all our exams for those that pay in full at the time of their visit. No insurance? No problem.
