Craig Mailhos, CRA, RT, RDMS, RVT

Craig Mailhos, CRA, RT, RDMS, RVT currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Capitol Imaging Services’ New Orleans market. He has an extensive background in radiology, with over 25 years of experience at Diagnostic Imaging Services (DIS). Craig started at DIS as an Ultrasound Technologist and quickly became a manager, shortly thereafter advancing to Director of multiple multi-modality facilities. Recently promoted, Craig now leads a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

With a strong background in diagnostic imaging, staff management, and regulatory compliance, Craig is dedicated to advancing radiologic practices and fostering a collaborative work environment. He is passionate about integrating cutting-edge technology to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

Craig holds certifications from the Louisiana State Board for Radiological Technologists (LSRT), the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), is a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), and a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA).

He resides in Marrero, Louisiana, with his two daughters, Bryn and Bella. Craig is an avid sports enthusiast, an LSU supporter, and enjoys just about anything outdoors.
