Jeff Fields

Jeff Fields has extensive experience spanning nearly 20 years in the field of healthcare and private equity.  Jeff enjoys leading and developing teams.  Jeff has specific experience in the following fields of healthcare: ambulatory surgery centers, women’s health, population health management, and retail and urgent care settings.

Jeff has served in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Growth Officer and President throughout his career in healthcare.  Specifically Jeff has held leadership positions at Women’s Care, FastMed, RediClinic & Health Dialog along with SCA Health.  While at SCA Health, Jeff assisted the company with going public on the NASDAQ through a successful initial public offering.  Jeff has also facilitated numerous joint ventures, divestitures and business combinations throughout his career.

Jeff currently serves Capitol Imaging Services as President and Chief Financial Officer.  Capitol Imaging Services owns imaging centers throughout the southeast United States including facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama.

Prior to working directly in the healthcare industry Jeff was with PricewaterhouseCoopers and held the position of Chief Auditor for the Birmingham and Nashville markets.

Jeff and his wife LeeAnn have been married for more than 20 years and have three boys.  They enjoy spending time at each of the boys various sporting events, at the lake or snow skiing.  Jeff is a graduate of the Culverhouse School of Accountancy at the University of Alabama.
