Kristy J. Trieu, SPHR

Kristy J. Trieu, SPHR serves as Chief People Officer at Capitol Imaging Services, where she leads the company’s people strategy and human resources functions across its growing national network of imaging centers.

In this role, Kristy oversees the development and execution of Human Capital Management initiatives that support the organization’s business objectives, strengthen its culture, and enhance the employee experience.

Kristy is also a key member of the company’s integration team, playing an important role in welcoming new acquisitions into the Capitol Imaging Services family and aligning their people, processes, and culture with the broader organization.

With more than 25 years of diverse human resources experience across industries including oil and gas, commercial real estate, and construction, Kristy brings extensive experience supporting high-growth organizations through both organic expansion and acquisitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership & Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University.

Kristy resides in Cypress, Texas, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she and her family enjoy traveling and exploring new destinations, with a goal of seeing as much of the world as possible.
