I went to Outpatient Imaging in Fayetteville last night at 8:00 PM, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my MRI technician, Keondra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!). I have SEVERE claustrophobia, especially when I feel enclosed, have things sitting too close over me, or feel like something might fall on me. I was so overwhelmed at first that I was ready to get up and leave because I honestly didn’t think I could do it.

But Keondra was absolutely AMAZING! ❤️ She was patient, compassionate, and so reassuring. She talked me through the entire process and stayed right there with me until she knew I was comfortable enough for her to step outside and take the images. The way she handled me in that moment meant so much because she didn’t rush me or make me feel bad about my fears. She made me feel safe, heard, and comfortable.

She truly has a sweet soul, and you can tell when someone genuinely cares about the people they’re helping. If you struggle with claustrophobia or have a fear of MRIs, I highly recommend asking for her if possible i’m sure other MRI techs are amazing there as well just from my experience with he. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier
Another plus was being able to get an appointment at 8:00 PM! That was so convenient, and it made the experience even better.

I also want to give the front desk staff some love because the lady who greeted me was wonderful, welcoming, and kind as well. The entire experience was great from the moment I walked in.

Honestly, this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had getting an MRI. Thank you, Keondra, for your patience, kindness, and compassion. You made a difference, and I truly appreciate you! ❤️

Both of my technicians were kind and very professional. I enjoy the Fayetteville location much better than the Peachtree city location.
